Virtus Fleet — Every vehicle, one screen.

ERP built from the ground up for transport and logistics operators — dispatch, drivers, maintenance, compliance, invoicing.

Most fleet ERPs are horizontal platforms with a transport module bolted on. Virtus Fleet inverts that — the data model starts from vehicles, drivers, and routes, and finance follows from there.

Dispatch boards show live position, hours-of-service, fuel level, and ETA. The driver app handles checklists, paperwork capture, and proof of delivery. Maintenance schedules surface before they bite.

Works for freight, last-mile, fleet rental, and cold chain. Integrates with major telematics, customs, and accounting systems out of the box.

What you get.

Real-time tracking

Live GPS positions, ETAs, and HOS status for every vehicle on a single dispatch board. No refresh needed.

Maintenance scheduling

Service intervals, MOT deadlines, and breakdown tickets managed in one flow — alerts fire before a vehicle goes off-road.

Driver management

Digital tachograph sync, licence checks, hours-of-service limits, and performance scoring per driver.

Route optimisation

Multi-stop routes calculated against live traffic, vehicle capacity, and customer time windows — updated in real time.

Fuel monitoring

Tank levels, fill events, and consumption per vehicle and route. Flag anomalies before they become losses.

Reports & analytics

Fleet utilisation, on-time delivery rate, fuel cost per kilometre, and driver efficiency — scheduled or on demand.

How it works.

Register your fleet

Import vehicles, drivers, and routes via CSV or connect your telematics provider. Fleet is live in under a day — no professional services required.

Track in real time

Every vehicle reports position, fuel, and status continuously. Dispatchers see the full picture; drivers get jobs and forms on their phone.

Optimise with insights

Automated alerts flag overdue maintenance, HOS breaches, and route delays. Analytics surface where time and fuel are being lost each week.

Who uses it.

Virtus Fleet is purpose-built for operators who manage moving assets for a living. Here are the three segments that see the strongest return.

Logistics & Freight

Full-load and groupage carriers in control

Manage multi-leg routes, customs documentation, and customer SLAs from a single platform. Invoicing flows automatically from completed trips.

Last-Mile Delivery

More drops, fewer failed deliveries

Dynamic route optimisation adapts to cancellations and traffic on the fly. POD capture via the driver app closes the loop with customers instantly.

Field Service

Technicians dispatched faster, jobs closed quicker

Match the nearest available technician to each job, track parts fitted, and log time on site — all linked to the work order and billing system.

What it looks like.

The Fleet dispatch board gives your team a live picture of every vehicle, alert, and KPI — all on one screen.

Common questions.

Fleet ships with certified connectors for Webfleet (TomTom), Samsara, Geotab, Verizon Connect, and Quartix. A REST API is available for any provider that exposes a GPS feed. No hardware changes are required if you already have telematics installed.
The driver app runs on Android and iOS. For vehicles with in-cab units (e.g. Webfleet PRO terminals), dispatching and form completion can happen directly on the unit. Paper fallback workflows are also supported for depots with intermittent connectivity.
Most operators are tracking their full fleet within 24 hours of signing. Vehicle and driver import is CSV or API-based. Telematics connectors activate in minutes once credentials are provided. A guided onboarding session is included with every new account.
Yes. Virtus Fleet ingests digital tachograph data (DTCO) automatically and tracks remaining driving time per driver against EU Regulation 561/2006 limits. Alerts fire before a driver reaches their daily or weekly cap. Reports can be exported for roadside inspections.
Fleet integrates with Sage, Cegid, SAP Business One, and QuickBooks out of the box. Trip data, fuel costs, and customer billing are pushed automatically on trip completion. For Virtus ERP customers, the integration is native with no additional configuration.
Data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure (AWS eu-west-1 by default). Driver location data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with GDPR Article 28. On-premises deployment is available for operators with strict data residency requirements.
