No. You explicitly choose which mailboxes and date ranges Lever can access during setup. Access is granted via OAuth — no passwords are stored, and you can revoke at any time from your provider's security settings.
On first connect, Lever analyses your last 90 days of sent mail to build an initial voice profile — sentence length, greeting style, sign-off patterns, and tone. It then refines that profile every time you approve, edit, or dismiss a draft. There is no manual training step.
Gmail (personal and Workspace), Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), and any standard IMAP provider. Calendar integration is supported for Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
Never. Lever always puts a draft in front of you first. You have three options on every suggestion: send as-is, open it in your editor, or dismiss it. Auto-send can optionally be enabled per-thread by the user, but it is off by default.
Lever runs in your own cloud tenant (AWS or Azure). Email content is processed in your environment and is never sent to shared Virtus Operandi infrastructure. Enterprise deployments can additionally run fully on-premises.
Yes. Lever ships with connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Jira, Linear, and Notion. Custom integrations can be built via the REST API. All extracted tasks and follow-ups can be routed to the tool of your choice.
